  …had just started filming on the Sunday Morning convention rebuttal, fully planning to finish convention season and get up to speed with all the JW Broadcasting rebuttals including August.

  Translation: He hasn’t even started.

  From that breakneck momentum I'm now at a standstill! As heartbreaking as it is to be stopping under these circumstances

  … and he won’t finish.

  My plan is to use the extra time to go back to my writing and finally get the Second Edition of The Reluctant Apostate finished (in both English and German) before moving on to adding more books to my body of work

  This right here spells out what his “next chapter” will be. He figures at the current level of support (or whatever it comes to in a few days), it will be enough to carry him as he gets into his long promised second edition of TRA. (Side note - In GERMAN? What about the SPANISH version you were already paid for and we’re harassing volunteers over translating unauthorised chapters?).

  The fact that he is thinking about his book so soon after that meltdown should clue you in to what the second edition of TRA is going to be about.

  • How great he was after the release of TRA (2017), the Remini special, et al…
  • ExJWs and what he thinks is wrong with those who do not support him.
  • An insider’s view of how JW Watch was run, from the Mark O’Donnell/Covert Fade era… all in order to get to the background story of him hiring Kim, PB and their resignation.
  • A heavily sanitised telling of his marital troubles, probably with no mention of his 3-4 year history with hookers
  • A play-by-play telling of Kim’s betrayal and claims that most people stuck by him at first.
  • The “defamation campaign” - from the numerous videos, his booting from TTATT, O’Donnell’s exit, the Gold interview and how it backfired.
  • The “Aftermath” and all the damage it did to him, with an detailed account of how he almost killed himself (hinted at in the video about how exJW activism did nearly this)

  Would be an absolute shame if the second version of TRA were made into a free PDF like the first one.

  PS - My money is on him going back and changing the MTS lunch room “girls” to “women”.

  His livestream was a mistake.

  Biggest one by far. These people on Reddit didn't link Jake's video or the many rebuttal livestreams. They had the original and this would have probably blown over had he said nothing and asked for privacy. But anyone who knew Lloyd, and this would probably include Kim as well, knew that after that statement, Lloyd would take it public with guns blazing.

  He still could have mitigated some of the damage had he carefully crafted a response and edited out the things he'd later regret, but Lloyd wanted payback and he wanted it right then and there. He revealed things he'd love to take back right now. But it's too late.
  

  In what was the most self-indulgent thing Lloyd said in the Aftermath video, he mentions that his and Tibor's work has a legacy that would last "decades" and "long after I am gone". If I were him I would hope that is not the case. If people are still speaking about Lloyd Evans in the year 2080, guess what else they are speaking about?

  You can't permanently filter out the bad. What do we remember about Bill Clinton? A good or bad president depending on your political viewpoint, and Monica Lewinsky, "I did not have sex with that woman", the stained dress and a cigar.
  

  If he truly cared about his children and what they hear about their father, he'd leave and call it a day. This is not going away and that Reddit thread is further proof. If people remember Lloyd, it wont be for the right reasons. This stain follows him round for good and the video will always be out there. It's only a matter of time before his children stumble upon it. After all their names are mentioned in the livestream. They both have fully English names, the surname of Evans and live in Sisak. It won't be hard for anyone foreign or domestic to connect them with what their father did and said.

  I'd do everything I could to remove myself from this stain and now. It's his only chance at saving his reputation. Leave and hope people stop talking about you, which they eventually will if he's gone for long enough. But he won't and will have to Lloydsplain to his grown daughters one day that it was all lies, despite what Daddy said on that video that is still available on the internet.

  When did you see realise James Lloyd Evans was a wrongun?

  i remember him on this site when he was called cedars and had jw survey.. straightaway i noticed he could not accept suggestions.. the time i knew he was dangerous was when his group aawa added people to their fb group without their permission and were outed.. he refused to close the fb page (whilst celebrating 1300 members joining in a few days).

  one member complained and was subsequently disfellowshipped, which could easily have been avoided.. three week's after launching, the fb page was closed down.

  from that moment i knew james lloyd evans was dangerous.. when did you realise he not good?.

  The way he encouraged and raised up mobs against people here for disagreeing with him.

  He routinely chastised people for posting at or near times he was going to sleep and accused them of ruining his marriage (!) because it was pulling him away from time spent with her because he felt compelled to respond.

  He would also announce when it was time for holiday and if it was in the middle of an argument, would assign people to argue in his stead.

  Announcing “Mrs Cedars” and falsely claiming her English wasn’t fluent (even though she was the lead translator at his company) and that she would be more comfortable exchanging recipes with other exJW women instead of talking about more important matters.
